Topped today with sour cream, brown sugar, cinnamon, and homemade fruit granola, with a sprinkling of blackberries. Looks like I was too stingy with the amount of batter. Too much, and it runs all over the waffle iron, so I tend to err on the side of “not enough”. It may take a few tries to get it right.

Tomorrow is waffle day again. This time it will be with blueberries, and hopefully one with a better appearance! Mmmmmm – brown, crispy – yum!
