Stuffed Peppers, Fresh Spinach, Barley and Gravy

I tried out the vacuum bottle method of “cooking” to make the barley in the above picture. I thought I would have to cook it more when dinnertime came along, but it was perfectly done in the Nissan-Thermos.

I baked the focaccia at the same time as the stuffed peppers, and the spinach needed just a few minutes to steam, so dinner was really easy last night.
