Is that polenta to be used as a topping? The square container with yellow contents?

The little granules are “natural” sugar. It isn’t really “natural”, of course, but it has a nice crunch. sometimes I put yogurt on it, and then sprinkle a bit of the sugar on it, with some cinnamon or nutmeg. The yogurt makes everything stick down, and I can eat it with my fingers like a regular sandwich!

Polenta, and its cousin, cous cous, both look like that, but they are hard, and must absorb water to be edible. We had cous cous last night. Photo will show up on here eventually.
