Chunky

chunky

I can’t get my head around “Smoothies”, but yesterday I made a “Chunky”. It was unintentional, actually. I got too much yogurt and orange juice in my cooked five-grain cereal with fruit, so I just put it into a glass. Worked out fine!

      It is my “oatmeal” (five-grain cereal, cooked in the rice cooker), orange juice, yogurt, four different kinds of fruit (today’s fruits were grapes, strawberries, orange slices, and apples bits), coconut, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and flaxseed meal. I’ve been eating this every morning for about twenty years! I got too much orange juice and yogurt in it. It was really not suitable for a glass, either. I still ate it with a spoon. I mostly just put it into the glass for its portrait.
