One of my favorite desserts! When the loaf of cinnamon bread gets down to the heel, I toast it up real crispy and put a little chocolate on it to melt. Then add some unsweetened coconut, and cover it in softened Mocha Chip Ice Cream from Starbucks. Forgot about taking a picture until I was enjoying that first bite! This is really delicious, and if you go easy with the toppings, the calorie hit isn’t too bad.
