Mostly Mushroom Sandwich

steak sandwich

The ultimate in “planned overs”. There was a smidge of steak left over, some mushrooms, and some meat juice, so I gently sautéed up some onions . . . et voilå . . . a delicious “steak” sandwich. Wonderfully yummy!

    Whoa, that looks delicious! I love anything with grilled onions, but the other ingredients make it perfect. Bet it was really good. 🙂

      Fire up a frying pan with some ghee (or “whole” butter) and SLOWLY sauté a whole, big sweet onion. It will keep in the refrigerator for several days. Think about all the things you can add them to that will make your food plate sing with the joy of it! It will taste even better to you!
