Seedy Buns and Faux Focaccia

I can resist anything . . . but temptation. A small piece somehow jumped out of the focaccia and into my fingers. It was delicious! Before baking it, I had sprinkled a little kosher salt on the faux focaccia and it stuck nicely to the egg wash. A nice surprise when biting into the slice that was still warm from the oven.

It’s pizza again tomorrow after a bit of a hiatus.

    I love bread with any kind of seeds in and on it. My current favorite is a 21 grain bread that is loaded! Your photo today sure makes me hungry.
