A Beautiful Rose

Black framed rose.blog

Yesterday I spent about two hours looking at this picture and trying out different effects on it. Each one was more beautiful than the last, and I was totally mesmerized. This is how she looks with no make up on – just gorgeous. With each iteration I wanted to print it and put it up on my wall. I could have covered the four walls of my office, I do believe, and loved looking at each one of them.

If I looked that good without make up I would never ever have bothered. Simply gorgeous!

I envision this pic enlarged to, like, 8′ x 8′ and plastered on the ceiling or the “right” wall. . . especially in a large room. . .what a stunner that would be!

That beautiful flower is pushing me closer and closer to hooking up the Wacom tablet to try out some “paint” brushes on it. You can do it with the real thing!

This post reminded me of Georgia O’Keeffe. You took the time to look closely!

I was just out shooting more pictures of the tree because it is just covered in blossoms, and the fragrance was almost overpowering. The bees are buzzing all around – sometimes two or three in one of the big blossoms. I guess the pollen is really heavy in there right now. There are many buds left to open, too. Nature is a wondrous thing!
