Well . . . The pizza is the other half of one we had for lunch a couple of days ago, and, despite its lackluster appearance, it was very tasty. I was in the hospital waiting room, and decided to try something different. I need to work on presentation.

Half a pizza is for two people as a single entrée! So you may have an eighth of a pizza and a generous cup of cream of potato soup, with sausage! But you will need to also eat your half of the tomato and your half of the avocado! ;->

Did the test work to your satisfaction? And is that hospital pizza as in pizza the hospital cafeteria made? Or is it hospital pizza as in you brought your own lunch and ate it at the hospital?

Neither one. It was a picture that happened to be on my iPhone of what was left of the last pizza I made, so I used that to do a test post. I wanted to see how the two compared.

As it turned out, we didn’t eat the pizza when we got home; nor the potato soup, either. I made ham, provolone, peperoncini, tomato, avocado sandwiches on homemade toasted burger rolls instead.
