Jam ‘n’ Eggs

poached polenta raspberry compote

Couldn’t wait to get this posted. I haven’t even done the dishes yet. This was sooooo good. The blueberry pancakes were the usual; the polenta was the usual; the poached eggs were the usual; AND there was no ham and pineapple.

There were, however, two things that made this breakfast so memorable. There were two kinds of shredded cheese (Mozzarella and Asiago) atop the eggs and polenta; and sour cream, raspberry compote, and coconut sugar atop the blueberry pancake.

A magician could not have made this breakfast disappear any faster than what we managed! ;->

Oh my God – that sounds wonderful! Gary is so lucky to have a wife who loves to cook and gets so excited about what ends up on the dish. And you are so lucky to have a self who does the same. Yummy meals all the time. Wish I lived next door. I’d do the dishes if you’d cook. šŸ™‚

Maybe we can arrange this proximity . . . soon! ;-> I don’t mind doing dishes, either. I’d be glad to whip you up whatever would please your palate! Think about what you would like, and I’ll bring it with me!

Boy would you be a hit if you had a restaurant. Just post these pictures in the window and you’d have a full house. Yum!

When It’s good I also eat it real fast. Good things don’t last long for sure. I should make it a point of trying cheese in the morning!
