This is the pan of stir fry vegetables, cooking merrily away on the stove, and yes, they were as delicious as they look. It is comprised of red peppers, celery, carrots, onions, broccoli, and bok choy. These flavors are all complementary – each bringing its own charm to the finished dish in perfect harmony.
And this is the curried rice that I “cooked” in my new Saratoga Jack’s thermal cooker. It was superb! At table, we sprinkled on sliced almonds, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and soy sauce.
I don’t remember what else I served. Most likely it was roasted chicken, as that is a favorite – and so easy to do.
The stir fry veggies look delish! Veggies are my comfort food, followed by ice cream.

The only way to go! Have you tried the Limoncello? Deeee-vine!

I tried Limoncello when I was in Europe in the 1990’s. It was okay, but nothing I’d rave about. My brother loved it so much he made his own (he lives part year in Italy). I could tolerate it but I’d rather have something else.

Just the veggies and rice would have been dinner for me. And sometimes is. It looks delicious!

Probably for me too, as attested by the fact that I can’t even remember what I served as a meat! I would have just put on a lot of sliced almonds for the protein.
