What? You don’t see the Brie? We each snacked on a small sliver of it while waiting for the burgers to cook. The Swiss cheese on the burgers melted just fabulously, and oozed down the sides just right. So delicious!
I splurged on a jalapeño/cheese bagel in Safeway today for our lunch, but it was big enough for us each to have a part of it with our burgers. While it was good for a change, we couldn’t help but notice that there was a lot of air incorporated into this roll, rather than being dense and chewy like a real bagel.
Note to self: Make your own bagels!
