Here is another use for the pre-cooked bacon. As mentioned in another post, I cooked four burgers, even though we were eating only two. A delicious lunch was the benefit the next day. Stay tuned! ;->

    Looks like my lunch the other day – I love to fry onions to add when I have a burger. 🙂

      I always fry up the biggest onion I have on hand because they go so well with so many other things, dressing up a dish considerably. The rest of them that day went into Spanish rice – yum!

    I happened to have a grilled burger with bacon for supper last night. Yours looks good, and the onion makes it look so pretty.

      The onion makes it really special. It adds a deep flavor that enhances the burger while providing its own flavor as well. The bacon hiding under the patty was a nice note on that side of the burger. All in all, a real treat to eat.
