I hope so! I hear coyotes out there every night. I’m sure bunnies are high on their food list of delicacies. 😦

The deer have returned to our yard since Sheba has a new home. I had missed them.

Do they eat your plants? The deer and other critters eat up everything here. I can’t plant a garden at all.

Yes the deer and bunnies eat everything. I tried a fence one year and it didn’t do much good.
What did help was a water scarecrow. It had an electronic eye and would shoot a pulsating jet of water when it detected movement.
I will probably just plant one tomato plant, one eggplant and 4 pepper plants this year. Maybe a cucumber. I know not to plant beans because all the leaves will be eaten for sure!

I didn’t actually see him. The critter cam took the picture. We see them hopping about, but there are fewer of them this year. Last night the coyotes sounded like they were just on the other side of our fence. I’ll have to get the card out of the camera today to see what is on there.

Well, then you will have coyote for Easter, hehe. I would be frightened to have such animals around. We only have hedgehogs and ravens around.

As far as I know the coyotes don’t cause any problems. They just hunt at night in the big open space. We see one trot by during the day once in a while, but not often. They always look well fed, and we don’t have any pets for them to want to eat.

maybe they are helpful in order to get rid of mice or other harmful animals and they are cute, too.
