Bread Blister

interesting aberration at the upper right.  This happens on pizza now and then, but pizza is baked a hundred degrees hotter than this was. Everything you see was baked at the same time at 400 degrees F.

Please take no notice of the Quality Control action.  Who can resist hot-out-of-the-oven seedy bread!  Not me!  ;->

I couldn’t resist – I ate that extra “ear” as soon as I got up this morning. The toasting made the sesame and sunflower seeds come alive! They were already toasted from the baking, but oh my – what a treat! ;->
