Mr. N’awlins-man himself proclaimed these beans beyond delicious for lunch today – and could we please have them again for dinner?

How could I refuse?

So it’s Louisiana-style beef tips, collard greens, and another plate just like the one you see above for dinner tonight.

      Not everyone in Louisiana is Cajun. I’ve forgotten the distinction, something to do with mispronouncing Canada, but Gary is not Cajun. The Cajun food does seem more interesting, though.
