Stew meat tenderized in the Crock Pot, with onions and mushroom gravy over barley.
And good old broccoli!

They were leftovers that I added the onions and mushrooms to in this iteration, and it really made them like a whole new dish. There is still some of the gravy left, but the meat is all gone now. I’m thinking the barley and that rich gravy and a few carrot bits leftover from last night will make a fine soup. I have lots of chicken broth to use. Time to get the bread maker loaded up for some fresh focaccia!
