    I like this plate, too. I eat everything, including small portions of meat, chicken, fish and try to keep my cholesterol intake as low as possible since mine runs high naturally. I was surprised that the whole wheat and cereal portion is so much, though. Happy to see that! I’ve always thought a well rounded diet is the best unless there’s an allergy involved or other health issue. 🙂
