Doing it by Halves

  

Half an avocado, half a tomato, half a tangerine, and half a ham, salami, and Swiss cheese grilled panini.   A delightful and quick lunch today.

    I keep seeing everyone eat avocado toast at restaurants, but I’ve yet to come across any. It’s a way I’ve never tried avocado before that I want to try. Your avocado pic looks scrumptious.
