I was out of some of the things I usually put on pizza, so this one has Monterey Jack cheese, spinach, olives, sausage, pepperoni, and yellow peppers atop a thin layer of organic tomato paste that I seasoned up with olive oil, my own Italian herbs and dried shallots.
It turned out to be quite more delicious than I had dared hope.

We split half of a pizza for a dinner, and a quarter for a lunch, so I jazzed up the lunch leftovers a bit with some zucchini and additional cheese – very filling. I should put up that picture of the lunch edition. I still have one more quarter, so have some time to think up another new combination.

Actually – we eat half at dinner, and the other half over two separate lunches. I’ll post the first lunch iteration in a while so you can see.
