For the second quarter of the pizza, when lunchtime came around, I sautéed some mushrooms and yellow peppers, cut up some bits of tomato, and shredded some Asiago cheese. There was also a half piece of bacon lurking in the refrigerator, so I crumbled that up, too.
Adding those items and then heating as noted previously, produced yet another memorable lunch.
