A surprisingly delicious combination. I wouldn’t have guessed it to be so, but a dab of ginger Cole slaw dressing was just right on this Cheddar burger.
Other accompaniments were green chilis, tomatoes, avocado, and mushrooms.
It wasn’t easy, but I was able to stack that all up and get it into my mouth. The amalgam of tastes was heavenly.
Still loving the spelt flour buns.
Sounds delicious! Of course I would easily enough do the same with veggie burgers. Thanks for the idea! I am a disaster at eating sandwiches. One bite and the whole thing falls apart. I marvel at Faye’s ability to get down to the last bite without anything falling to her plate!

The burger is the least important factor for me, so I make it very thin. I make the buns hearty to stand up to the rigors of sandwiches.
