This was far more delicious than it appears, and it is the last seven little tortellinis from a package of refrigerated prepared pastas. Yeah, I know – not something I usually get. But it had a special magic aura about it – it was FREE! So how could I turn that down?
I added a big handful of baby field greens, a sprinkling of Mexican queso fresco, and a drizzle of the pomegranate and raspberry dressing. Way more satisfying than I had expected.
In the days to come, I will show you two of the other four meals (eight servings) that we had from this package.

It’s still a little cool here, but warm enough for deck sitting this morning – with a jacket.

It looks really good. It must have been a good sized package to have made 4 meals for two of you. He-man and I can wipe out a refrigerated tortellini package in 1 1/2 meals. He gets the left overs which is the 1/2. 🙂

It was a big package – 22 ounces. There were four meals for each of us, and then the last seven of the li’l guys went on that lunch salad for me. They were good cold, too!
