It was JUNK FOOD SATURDAY last night, so we had a delicious Cheddar cheeseburger, onion rings, grilled (more) onions and peppers, fresh Roma tomatoes, and corn off the cob. The onion rings were a special treat, as they were on sale and looked very good. There is nothing like the ones straight out of a deep fryer, but these were certainly good, and can be had at home any time. A thoroughly enjoyable meal to remember !
