Green Chile Pork Stew

Another medical test that requires food restrictions and fasting is coming up today, so we had this acceptable meal last night.  This is a rendition of Green Chile Pork Stew, but this time I did it in the three-quart InstantPot.   That thing is just the berries!

Yes, it is pretty big, but YES!, I keep it out on the counter because it reminds me how easy it is to produce a fantastic meal, like this one, in a short time!  That gravy/sauce was heavenly!
