Brie and Salami Snack Plate


DH was ready to go to the gym for his daily workout, but the hungries grabbed us both as he walked by.  This little platter went together in about two minutes, and provided our sustenance for a couple of hours.

Salami, Brie, Cheddar, blackberries and an apple – YUM!

    It has been such a long time since I made a cheese platter. That looks so good. I love the colour combinations.

    We weren’t able to finish it all in one sitting, but I managed to polish it off the next day!
