Panettone

These are from a King Arthur Flour mix. Next time I’ll do it myself. It is delicious!

    It is every so slightly sweet, but I wouldn’t call it really sweet. It just isn’t my usual sourdough bread. There was a huge packet of fruit and nuts in the box, and I thought it would be too much, but it turned out to be just right. I am searching for a good recipe to make my own next time. King Arthur Flour shows a recipe on their page, so I am inclined to try that one next.

    King arthur has some really killer recipes. They truly make the best flour that I have ever used.

    I use both King Arthur Flour and Bob’s Red Mill, and really find no difference. The new Artisan flour (purple package) from Bob’s Red Mill is a fave at the moment. My sourdough is coming out perfectly every time.

    I intend to try my hand at Panettone using the King Arthur Flour recipe. Fingers crossed.
