On a recent trip to Trader Joe’s, we acquired a jar of “Everything but the Bagel” seasoning. These lovely potato sandwich rolls were perfect to acquire a nice layer of said topping.
So delicious! We particularly love them filled to the brim with chicken salad. Sadly – they are all gone now, but reviewing this photo has inspired me to make another batch.
Yesterday we picked up a 25# bag of roasted and salted sunflower seeds, so I’m guessing they will figure prominently in future baked items of this nature.
