Souper SupperĀ 

   We met friends for lunch yesterday, so for dinner, we had this lovely chicken, vegetable, and bean soup, with spinach, grape tomatoes and red peppers in a bit of a salad.   Crispy toasted focaccia provided the needed crunch.
