Israeli Cous Cous Again

I. cous cous, kale, mcnuggets

I added some slowly sautéed onions and roasted green chiles to some leftover Israeli cous cous with delicious results. It went perfectly with the Judie McNuggets, kale, and itty bitty omelet.

I had some tortilla chips that were not being eaten, so I crumbed them up with some slow-toasted faux focaccia. This made an excellent panko crumb for coating the chicken tenders. I sautéed them in coconut oil, and they were nice and light, and oh so tasty. The inside was so moist and delicious. Finally, we had to put them out of reach! Oink!

    LOL at “oink”. Just what I do when I have sauteed oysters. That plate looks delicious! Hope all is well with you two. Yous is the only blog I know that sometimes has a comment box and sometimes not. Keeps us on our toes. :-))

      The comment box should always be there. If you are the first one, I think you may have to touch where it says “Comment” to activate it. Have you noticed that pattern?
