I added some slowly sautéed onions and roasted green chiles to some leftover Israeli cous cous with delicious results. It went perfectly with the Judie McNuggets, kale, and itty bitty omelet.
I had some tortilla chips that were not being eaten, so I crumbed them up with some slow-toasted faux focaccia. This made an excellent panko crumb for coating the chicken tenders. I sautéed them in coconut oil, and they were nice and light, and oh so tasty. The inside was so moist and delicious. Finally, we had to put them out of reach! Oink!
