Mostly Mushroom Sandwich
The ultimate in “planned overs”. There was a smidge of steak left over, some mushrooms, and some meat juice, so I gently sautéed up some onions . . . et voilå . . . a delicious “steak” sandwich. Wonderfully yummy!
