Swiss, Salami, and Roasted Green Peppers

Yes, everything is “roasted peppers” these days.  I’m putting them in, on, and around just about anything I make.  Every lunch and dinner has peppers in some form.

The Triscuit snacks above are an especial favorite.

  1. I have been inundated with peppers since I picked every pepper in the garden in advance of a predicted frost. I roasted and froze the poblanos. I’m attempting a tiny batch of green cayenne fermented hot sauce (not holding much hope for success). Much of today was taken up with canning jalapeños (3 quarts, 1 pint and a partial jar for the refrigerator. The green bell peppers are in the refrigerator to be used as desired.

Nothing wrong with peppers at all! And triscuits, what’s not to love? Your food always looks so beautiful, the way you present it!

Your food pictures are always so gorgeous and look so delicious. Are you working on a recipe book? If not, you should be.

No – no recipe book. I seldom use a recipe for anything, so would have no clue how to produce a cookbook of recipes. I DID type (yes, on a typewriter) one for a charity group once! What a job!
