In the continuing saga of Penzey’s Spices, I used a lovely array of flavors as shown above. The Mitchell Street was on the burger, along with a mixture of Bleu Cheese dressing, a smidge of sweet relish, and a little sour cream for the “Secret Sauce”. A layer of slow-cooked sweet onions made it all the better.
The Greek seasoning went onto the polenta and bacon, with a bit of pasilla pepper on top; and the Salsa Salad Seasoning was sprinkled on those lovely tomatoes.
Where could one order such a delectable treat except in one’s own home! Do give it a try. So very satisfying!!!
